I have a very genuine question for people who have gone from overweight/out of shape to fit. Where do you start???? I want to start running but the thought of even jogging a minute down the road sounds daunting as hell. I want to lose weight and just become healthier, more fit and in shape. I just don’t know where to start. I have already started walking a little consistently both on a treadmill and outside. I also have started a stretch and balance (basically yoga/pilates) weekly. But I want to RUN. I want to have the energy and the stamina to be able to run miles. I just can’t figure out where I need to go from here. If anyone has any advice on this I would really appreciate the motivation and help 🥹
