@BootsUK My order is now late, and the link on your website to follow through a late order is not working?! I can click that it is 7 days overdue, but the next button does absolutely nothing. Any ideas?!

Hi @BootsUK Am very disappointed. Ordered 10 March for pick up at Leeds Bradford Airport on 17 March, paying the £4.50 delivery charge. Sadly, when I attended the store on 18 March, day of my flight, delivery not arrived. Only received email today, 20/3 to advise ready. Too late!

@BootsUK disappointed that the item I ordered for next day delivery on the 22nd Feb has still not arrived. On emailing your customer support to chase I’ve only so far had an automated reply. Your chat bot just tells me to check the delivery status link #PoorService

Still having issues @BootsHelp it’s been two weeks now it’s ridiculous. No one else who has a big named business online has these problems. At this rate I’ll be telling friends to boycott Boots. When it was my favourite shop after Woolworths.

@BootsUK when you take time out to phone customer services to ask why your order has been declined 8 times despite validating card in the app and the agent advises you to shop elsewhere. And you wonder why all the well known shops are going under. Oh well Amazon here I come ….

@BootsUK yesterday I ordered a shark cryoglow mask and charging stand for next day delivery - the stand is here, the mask is not. Says it’s been delayed. I ordered it well within the time frame for NDD, proven by the fact the stand is here. Bit useless when I don’t have the mask?

@BootsUK really disappointed with your pharmacy service. Reordering of repeat prescriptions is becoming ridiculous. Wont give emergency meds although their fault. Time to go elsewhere to a more reliable pharmacy.

So @BootsUK is cancelling booked & paid for appointments for meningitis B vaccine. The audacity to then say they can keep you on the waiting list but they don't know how long for, or refund in 4 - 6 weeks... 🤷🏽‍♀️
