@legallymom2 For most of your life it was reverse - Dems were the only ones legislating and GOP played games and held everything up from about 1980 - 2010. The concept of our representative republic is in name only these days.

The republicans should not rely on continuing resolutions to fund government and the democrats should not play games with shutting down the government. This is not a team sport, we are real people and our elected officials have failed us and have made our lives objectively worse at every turn. I am disgusted and fed up with all of them!

The Flamingo is one of the last true old-school Vegas icons still standing. 🦩 It opened in 1946 and is one of the oldest resorts still operating on the Strip — meaning it was around before a LOT of the mega-resorts people think of today. It's not that simple Buzz. TSA’s day-to-day responsibility for screening operations, hiring, training, testing, and standards development is explicitly assigned by statute (49 U.S.C. § 114(e)). If Trump could find some legal loophole to allow Law Enforcement to conduct the Administrative searches that TSA does, without overstepping legal boundaries resulting in civil rights and or other violations, it would take at least a month to train and certify them. By the way, who's going to do the training? They're all working for free or have resigned.
