The Boston Firefighter Burn Foundation help bring a little joy to the children at the Shriners Hospital today delivering Santa and Mrs. Claus.

At approximately 8:30 this morning heavy fire fire in the rear one 2nd and 3rd floor of a multi family home on Train st Dorchester, a 2nd alarm was ordered.

A busy 24 hours for our firefighters, many of them working at the 3 alarm fire on Corwin st. in the day and the 4 alarm fire that evening on Poplar st. A great job by all our firefighters and Fire Alarm Operators .

I found out on the news that the person that was caught on fire after the plane crash in Philly was a 9 year old boy. He’s burned over 90% of his body and is at a hospital in Boston. Keep him in prayers.

This morning, members of #PHXFire had the honor of escorting Kinsley Mock to school for her first day back since the passing of her father, Captain Anthony Mock, just two weeks ago. Students, staff, and firefighters lined the entrance, as Kinsley bravely walked in. #MockStrong

The members of meetinghouse Hill in Dorchester , Engine 17 Ladder 7 had a visitor on top of the flag pole watching over them this morning, looks like he likes the new Firehouse.

Things I love about the firehouse. $250.00 on the table. Lunch and dinner $25/member. 10 firefighters working. You can leave that money there all night. No one will touch it. If it were a chocolate chip cookie, differential story. #BostonFire #firehouse #thinredline #IAFF
