I said this in mid-September, but with all the attention the truth about what killed Charlie Kirk is getting, I think it’s time I said this again. Every single person that was in Charlie’s immediate proximity should be questioned or taken into custody, immediately.

@sparkles_qt I picked up 3 galaxies just running around the ground in one match all in the same POI. And I pulled a common fire from a sprite chest.

As a Black man, I've always found it disrespectful that so many people rushed to label Charlie Kirk a racist after his death. Here's a video they rarely show: Charlie Kirk receiving a standing ovation from a predominantly white church after calling slavery a sin and celebrating its abolition. These are the moments that don't fit their narrative.

TYLER ROBINSON TRIAL: Just a reminder that Judge Tony Graf, who is presiding in the Tyler Robinson show trial, was sworn in as the brand new Utah 4th District Court Judge on August 4th, 2025—on or about the same day that decorated FBI agent Mehtab Syed was quietly & mysteriously dismissed as the head of the SLC FBI field office and replaced by Robert Bohls. Tyler's case is the first for Graf, and also the first for Robert Bohls. Graf previously worked as a special assistant for the US Attorney in Washington DC. Bohls also used to liaise with the US Attorney in DC as the head of the National Cyber Investigative Joint Task Force (and as former Assistant Special Agent In Charge of the DC field office) until coming to SLC. Graf was specially selected by Governor Spencer Cox. The same Spencer Cox who ordered the crime scene to be torn up & paved over. And the same Spencer Cox who is still hiding the fact that Tyler Robinson turned himself in about 2 hours before Cox's press conference the evening of September 11th where Cox pretended that the manhunt was still underway. Bohls was also at that press conference and went along with the ruse. Does judge Graf know that, too? What does he know?

‼️🇺🇸: TYLER ROBINSON CHARLIE KIRK JUDGE FINDS PROSECUTOR IN CONTEMPT FOR TAINTING JURY 👀 Today in Utah the Judge issued Contempt order to prosecution for saying too much to the media, violating the gag order. Here's what it means: - Robinson requested the d3ath penalty be taken off the table because of a prejudiced jury—the judge said no (weird?) 🤔 - Robinson will be allowed extra jury selection privileges; more strikes, more qualifying questions etc. (You think it will make a difference?) During the order, the judge made several slip-ups while—READING FROM HIS SCRIPT 👀 Does it seem VERY UNLIKELY it will be a fair trial at this point? 🤔

Yesterday, I was asked why I call Byron Donalds a slave. I will apologize for calling Byron Donalds a slave when he gives back the $81 million he’s taken from AIPAC, hedge fund billionaires, and special interests trying to turn Florida into a concrete jungle.

Efforts like this are appreciated, but it’s important to not venture too far into the hall of mirrors reality these people live in. It’s obvious Charlie was killed by a gunshot because bullet fragments were found in his body by surgeons and tested by the ATF. People present at the scene heard a gunshot and it came from behind the crowd, not from Charlie’s table. People who believe something different aren’t being driven by evidence. They’re being driven by other motivations: It lets them scream for attention, it gives them an excuse to harass random people online, it lets them blame their preferred villain (guess who!) rather than the less convenient one evidence points to, it lets them pretend to be “fighting for Charlie” when they actually despised him and want to destroy his legacy, and so on. Nothing would convince them because they are not people who want to be convinced.

If you think the mic on Charlie Kirk’s shirt was a “shaped charge” like the grifter Ian Carroll, feel free to watch this video. The idea it was a miniature shaped charge is more stupid than his pedo mustache.

@BlakeSNeff Copper liners are often used in shaped charges.... a metallic fragment "consistent with a 30 caliber round" was found. The metal fragment found hasn't been matched to any firearm, it was just "consistent with" a bullet fragment.

@HonestYPTweets This pastor is on the Michael Berry Show right now. There is a BIG backstory that led up to this. This man harassed him and his family. Check out Michael Berry podcast I Heart Radio. So yes, their pastor gave this man a beating, but I'm starting to think we have been too nice.

This is a great breakdown that went into far more detail than my original post.
Kingdom Defense Training@KingdomDefTrain

There are a lot of opinions on this video. Below is my assessment. For a defensive encounter to be justified, you need to meet three elements: intent, opportunity, and ability. Intent is the desire of the attacker or the likely outcome of their actions. Opportunity is the existence of the attacker and victim in the same place at the same time. Think imminence. Or the ability to touch someone. Ability is the physical ability or capacity to carry out the attack. If any of these three are missing, then force is not justified. In this video, a threat was made against parties who were not present at the time. The pastor then leaves his property and finds the man in public. At which point, he confronts the man aggressively. At the point of the confrontation, the threatener has the intent and ability. But opportunity is not there. The pastor does not have the authority to use force; only the state does. You cannot use force preemptively. Next, as the pastor approaches the man. The man can now argue self-defense. The pastor clearly has intent from his body language. He is walking with proven ability. And when he gets close enough, he will have the opportunity. Not to mention the man seems to be in fear as the pastor approaches. The pastor's actions could arguably place the man in fear, thus justifying the first punch. Then the pastor would be committing battery by punching. Now, you could chalk that up to the mutual combatants, understanding that mistakes get made. That will work civilly; those mistakes matter ethically. Furthermore, the pastor continues to use force past the point it’s needed. If he is claiming self-defense or the defense of others. Then he must use the least amount of force necessary to address the issue. Once the man is on the ground, the altercation is done. However, the pastor continues to strike him. Again, the pastor does not have the authority (legally or ethically) to continue to force; only the state can do that. Defensive force must be imminent. Citizens cannot seek retribution, revenge, or punishment. Nor can they use force for what may happen. As much as I appreciate the pastor's vigor and willingness to stand up for his family. This is not the way. Unfortunately, emotions take over, and poor decision making occurs. Christians must do better at teaching what makes defensive force ethical and legal.
