I do not consider this to be the cause, but rather an amplifier. Violence does not arise from medication alone, but from pre-existing psychological dispositions: severe personality disorders, narcissistic injuries, anda loss of contact with reality. In such cases, psychotropic drugs may lower inhibitions or distort perception, but they donot create violence.
