During motherhood, females spend all their time caring for the young. However, nearly 100% virgin female mice in the wild kill pups. In our new study published today @Nature, we revealed the neural circuit responsible for this drastic behavior switch.

New paper out today!
@JosephTanas used multidimensional analysis (PCA + k-means clustering) to quantify behavior in #Angelman mice. This approach can be used to help evaluate AS therapies preclinically.

We used the 5CSRTT to assess attention + impulsivity in #Angelman model mice. (Tricky, because these mice also have motor impairments.)
@paola_negmo (+@CGuoynes @ddi3p) figured out a clever way to dissociate motor from non-motor phenotypes.
