Movie night, (Blazing Saddles, 1974) with Roast Goat, Roast Potatoes and Chimichurri. The meat and potatoes were cooked with rosemary and garlic, and I placed the goat on a rack above the tatties to allow the juices to drizzle down on them. I’m serving green beans on the side.
