I'm hearing a new media rights deal between Bell and the Senators is in place, with an announcement expected soon (maybe a week or two).
Sounds like it includes a change to the Bell Sensplex naming rights. The venue will no longer carry the Bell name and it's expected there will be a few other changes in the deal as well.

Many promotions in the military require Senate confirmation. 99.999999999% of the time they are basically a formality cause they're a block of thousands. With them being so long they go through UC / Voice votes, by saying he will deny the voice vote he's blocking them.
