Absolutely shocked by the irresponsible conduct of @atherenergy and sheer dadagiri by its dealer Ather Alankar, Rukunpura, Bailey Road, Patna.
Asking for the bills against the amount paid by me, I was manhandled and beaten by all the male staffs of dealership on 17/10/2025 — an act completely unacceptable in a civil setup.
An FIR has been registered, and I’ve shared CCTV footage, pictures of injuries, and the copy of FIR with the Ather head office.
Instead of taking firm action, Ather’s customer care shockingly defended the manager, suggesting the customer might have “done something foolish” to provoke the assault.
This is not customer service — it’s corporate empathy and moral turpitude. If there was any dispute, the agency could’ve taken legal recourse, not violence.
