@jimi357 🤦🏼‍♂️ I’d be hard pressed to come up with a principle of mine that is worth that much money! When he passes, I’d bet his kids sell the land anyway. And, while they’ll get big money, that’s future money, which won’t be worth as much as if they’d have gotten it today!

@jimi357 Wow, either he thinks he’ll get a better offer (doubtful) or he thinks it’s “too good to be true”. In the end, his property is worthless if he’s not using it and not willing to sell it. Might as well hold on to his VCR until he gets a better offer!

@CardinalStelts I don’t think it’s the data center specifically. Folks who gave land just don’t think anything is as valuable. I had a client them offered several million a year on a 20 year lease to allow solar panels and he declined. It was a $50mill contract and he retained the land🤷🏻‍♂️

I find it odd when people who never served in the military adopt our lingo and use it regularly in the civilian space It’s especially prevalent in corporate America. That’s not a “war room” Sharon, it’s a conference room It’s ultimately no biggie but it’s just strange
