Ac की service करवाना भी अब आसान काम नहीं रहा एक महिला की video viral होती है वह बताती है कि कैसी Urban company वाले service के नाम पर लूट रहे उनके घर के 4 Ac थे उन्होंने सिर्फ service के लिए बुलाया मगर service वाले कहते है कि पहले gas check करेंगे Technician ने दावा किया कि उनके सभी ACs में Gas कम है, जबकि ACs बिल्कुल नए थे और cooling भी perfect थी मना करने पर बदतमीजी और penalty मांगी, जब की महिला ने कोई काम ही नहीं कराया बाद में local mechanic ने चेक किया तो सब कुछ Perfect निकला और उन्होंने local technician से काम करवा लिया क्या आप Ac service local technician से करवाते हो या company वालो से?

Blue star से AC खरीदना महंगा पड़ गया... Blue Star कंपनी का एयर कंडीशनर खरीदा था, यह सोचकर कि गर्मी के मौसम में बेहतर कूलिंग मिलेगी और आराम रहेगा। लेकिन उपयोग शुरू करने के बाद से ही लगभग 10 दिन हो चुके हैं, और AC की कूलिंग संतोषजनक नहीं है। मैंने इसे रोजाना लगभग 1 घंटे चलाकर भी देखा, लेकिन कमरे में सही ठंडक महसूस नहीं हो रही है। इस समस्या को लेकर मैंने कंपनी की कस्टमर सर्विस में शिकायत दर्ज करवाई है।

As against @CarrierMideaInd , I found @LGUS very responsive. While Carrier failed to repair my AC within AMC even after 2 weeks , LG gave excellent service within same day for their AC. LG has an excellent escalation mechanism right upto MD whereas Carrier Midea has none.

Hi @CarrierMideaInd , What is wrong with your service and your technician is untrained, he installed AC. After 2 days gas leaked and AC stop cooling. It's fine sometimes it happens. now from last 5 days they are not coming for servicing. not picking calls as well.
