I bought Carrier AC one month back ,after 2 days it broke down . Service exec came after 1 week . The issue is more than 10 days with no resolution. What to do ,call centre gives non functional number ,email n twitter msg are fake promise @CarrierMideaInd @jagograhakjago

Hi can anyone help me with this . I bought a new Carrier window AC in Mar. 2 days of use n it became non functional. Lodged complaint with call centre ,have msgd ,mailed them .It still remains to be resolved . Pathetic service @CarrierMideaInd @consumerforum_ @consumer

How long does it take for your service executiv to attend to a request for an in warranty recently purchased AC with in the heart of national capital. Apparently one of your call centre execitive even told me that ur executives only come to my area once in a week @CarrierMideaInd

Your service executive visited the site . He says PCB and display needs to be replaced. It may take 5 days for the same I request you for complete replacement of the AC as it's brand new one and has hardly been used for 2 days @carrierMideaInd
