As previously noted, it’s not the sin that’s the problem. It’s that he and all of these other influencers will find Catholicism demands more of them than they’d like and refuses to bend to their vision. Once they’re done wearing the faith as a skin suit, they’ll deconstruct and torch the Church the way they’ve done to every reputable organization that takes them in.
I’m happy to pray for them, but we can also say “let’s backburner this for a better time” sometimes.

I might be way off here, but it seems that we might be holding the F-22 back for a near peer engagement. The F-16 is more than sufficient to take down everything that Iran could possibly throw at us, so there’s no incentive for us to show our hand to demonstrate what the F-22 can do in a real-word scenario.
This is just me spitballing, and I’m sure that there are far more intelligent and informed people that could explain why this is wrong.

I keep getting the same question “did the kid get some?” The answer is IDK. No reports of F22s have been released. As for the rumor the f35 got a sortie of MIG 29s that is also just an unverified rumor. Trust me guys I’m waiting with bated breath as much as you.

My former pastor, a canon lawyer, told me I should consider going for a degree in canon law. It was intriguing for a minute or two. But I ultimately decided I’d like to see my kids grow up.

What I find most interesting is that I laid out my objections pretty clearly at the start of all this and instead of tackling those, you took the conversation all sorts of weird places. All of my attempts to bring it back to my main point were met with subject changes. That tells me that you don't actually have an answer.
Anyway, this has been a massive waste of time. I'm not quite sure what I thought I would accomplish here.
