@Catholicizm1 The responses to this image just shows how much more work we have to do as a society!

Everyone knows there's a difference between a living body and a deceased body. If you subtract one from the other, what you're left with is the soul. 📽️ Watch Below 👇

@BibleInContext1 The Old Covenant was not a Sola Scriptura religion. The high priest had binding doctrinal and judicial authority.

Jesus left us His written Word and the Holy Spirit not the church! It’s the written word and the Holy Spirit that have authority not the church in and of itself!

@WalmartThomist When I met Kevin, I was distinctly left with the impression of a C- tier apologist.

Remember when they said Trump would get us into a full-blown war with Iran? Times like these should make us all realize how lucky we were to have Trump, his strength and his resolve.

@SeamusMor19 Let's say this is talking about multiple Gods. Does it not clearly say one of them is supreme? In which case, there is one God and many divine spiritual beings.

@briankeepsworth Not the other gods (elohim - gods) of the divine assembly mentioned in Psalm 82:1? The Hebrews originally conceived of Yahweh as belonging to a polytheistic pantheon, and you will still find remnants of this older belief system throughout the OT.

@briankeepsworth How do you explain the passage where Yahweh, speaking to the other deities, says “they must not eat from the tree of life, and become like one of us”?

@sincead33 Do you think Protestants treat faith as something discursive? That seems counterintuitive to me.

It clicked for me a few weeks ago that one of the best arguments against Protestantism does not come from any polemical work (e.g. St. Robert Bellarmine, Stapleton, etc) but is simply found when one reads and understands a Thomistic treatment on the formal object of faith and whether faith is discursive (ST 2-2, q. 1). I refuse to elaborate. Maybe I'll make a video on it.

Not often do I agree with Dr. White, but this is a good response to Christian influencer slop content. The second we start making content about ourselves, is the moment we should retire.

@EcciusMaximus Personally tired of all the personal stuff. Who I am, or anyone else, SHOULD BE irrelevant. The only thing that matters is the consistency of the truthfulness of one's teachings, and that is proven only over time. Social media is battery acid to civil discourse.

@Arcanicck @johnatanpiazza1 The tests, in both cases, isn't for the sake of the examiner, but for the student. It doesn't matter if the teacher knows the outcome. It helps the student to get the measure of their situation.

@briankeepsworth @johnatanpiazza1 Well, the difference is the god already knows with absolute certainty what the result will be, as he isn’t just intelligent, but all knowing. If you intend only levying a harsh consequence on someone you’ve created based on how they preform on a test you made, it sounds cruel.
