@virginmedia and now your representative is saying if I have an address I can transfer the service on to there 😂 it’s actually a joke. Your customer service team is extremely unhelpful with no compassion

Currently Homeless and @virginmedia is charging me nearly £400 for early termination. Even though the reasons behind me leaving the property is not my own doing. All these companies are an absolute joke

The crack in the ceiling has grown more and more everyday. Yet when I call the housing advice line they terminate my call as they said if I leave I will be making myself intentionally homeless. Environmental health state the property is fine for me and my son. Even with evidence

Just had @Merton_Council tell me that my property is habitable with my baby. I have no electrics in the bathroom and property stinks of mould. I also have had an unknown liquid leak into my bathroom for months. The leak was ongoing for so long the tiles on the wall is unstable.

Imagine you get the keys to your flat on the 1st March only to find the place riddled with mould & damp. You contact the estate agents and they paint over it with Dulux paint. You finally move in & you find silver fish in the bath room. You wake up the next morning and see slugs

Thanks @YodelOnline for allowing my baby's cot to get stolen after they left it outside my building. You stated that it would be delivered tomorrow, you also said that it had to be delivered to someone yet your driver left it outside the building for everyone to see
