@AirCanada That gives an automatic message saying “non partner airlines”. However the tickets are booked ones through @AirCanada website. The funds are paid to @AirCanada. If AC decides to put us in a Non Partner airline, we shouldn’t be penalized for that, we trusted AC web to book & pay

Hey @Aeroplan : your rules make no sense. I book flights on @AirCanada website. Flights get delayed, you put me on another carrier, and then refuse to give me points for the trip. How does that make sense?
