@n_friggo What people like you fail to mention is that Texas has a property tax rate of around 2%. Owning a house/houses worth $1.5m amounts about $30k per year in taxes alone. 5 years and you’re looking at $150k in taxes alone. And it keeps going up

Don’t buy real estate in Ghana. Prices don’t make sense. Too inflated and it’s nonsense. $1.5 million penthouse when you can acquire 3 solid houses in Texas or other states, live in one and rent out two? Jokes!

It was clear to see Jorgensen is more comfortable with his feet but the reason we're still in a UCL fighting position is because of both Sanchez's feet, cross claiming and saves. Hopefully it pays off and it helps both of them improve but you need a no 1 now. Decide after the season who's fighting for what. You don't change Gks constantly like that during a run in.

Acheampong shouts here and there. Trust me, he's not the answer. He needs to gain experience. I will play him over Tosin any day but for next season, we need to loan him out to play football and develop further. Colwill won't come back firing, we need at least one stable defender next season, not Anselmino, Sarr or Acheampong, but someone to guide and help them.
