Last homestand, @You_Found_Nimmo spread some love by offering a memorable experience to local community members through his "Nimmo's 9" initiative. For each visit, Brandon meets and recognizes nine members from diverse communities, including the elderly, youth in foster care, individuals with disabilities, military and first responders, and underserved youth. In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, Brandon invited nine staff members from @ChildCenterNY, a nonprofit who aims to strengthen children and families with skills, opportunities, and emotional support to build healthy, successful lives!

#May is #AsianAmericanPacificIslander Heritage Month and this week at Long Island City High School we hosted our monthly Speed Chat n’ Chew Event that included professionals from law, fashion, culinary, and other fields to talk with our students about their career journey.
