1/2 Very disappointing experience with Chola MS General Insurance. My vehicle met with an accident and during the claim process, despite multiple damages (like glass and other parts), only a single claim was considered. Approval itself took around 15–20 days. @CholaMS

Facing unfair claim handling by @CholaMS My genuine claim is being reduced just bcoz I couldn’t take spot photos in heavy traffic. In real situations, noone can block the road & click photos after an accident. All damages are verified, yet claim is questioned. @IRDAI_Official

The loan had the premium debited only for Life Insurance, and no premium was debited towards Personal Accident Insurance. We have not received any premium for the PA policy at our end. Request you to please coordinate with Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Company for any further clarifications.
