Long Covid is real. I assumed it was just symptoms that lingered on from C19. Until I got it. It has destroyed my life. There is no cure. Don’t fear Covid, fear Long Covid. I don’t know how else to warn people.

This is actually pretty wild. Man plans to take a boat from Michigan to Oklahoma in a few months. He’s apparently going to broadcast the entire 14 day trip. I didn’t even realize this was possible

Back in 2000, Mike Anderson robbed a neighborhood Burger King and was sentenced to 13 years in prison.
After his appeal was denied, he expected authorities to contact him about when to report to prison. That call never came. A paperwork mistake incorrectly showed he was already behind bars.
So Anderson moved on with his life. He got married, raised children, worked as a carpenter, and coached youth sports for over a decade without getting into trouble again.
The mistake stayed hidden for 13 years until officials began preparing paperwork for his supposed prison release, even though he had never actually served the sentence.
Police arrested him in 2013 and finally sent him to prison. At first, he was told he would have to complete the full 13-year sentence.
But his attorney argued that Anderson had completely rebuilt his life and proven he was rehabilitated. The judge agreed.
On May 5, 2014, Mike Anderson walked free after receiving credit for time served, ending one of the strangest prison system mix-ups ever.
