Sending one email and quitting (volume game) 3. 6+ minute highlight tapes (coaches watch 90 seconds) 4. No follow-ups (50% of responses come from follow-ups) 5. Random camps with no interest (wasted money) 6. Waiting to be discovered (hope isn't a strategy) 7. Below 2.5 GPA (most schools won't touch you)

What’s your biggest pet peeve as a Coach? Mine is when coaches just write a kid off and say, “this kid sucks, or they’re lazy, or he can’t play.” 🙄 How about you do your job… & COACH them!!!
