People change diapers and then go work 16 hours in a coal mine the next day. You can certainly change a diaper during football season and if you can’t you are mentally weak.

The number of SC HS weight rooms without leg press and leg (knee) extension systems is shocking. Similarly, the lack of Vertimax systems either in platforms (See Riverbluff) or rack additions (See Spartanburg) is crazy.

@JoeyheronCSCS @BrandonHerring0 I’m on a second set of power blocks. Seems like the second set has thicker pins. Haven’t and any break. The first set we broke one at almost every station with the first two years.

The Alan bolts loosening up over time was the biggie.

These things are money if you can get ‘em.
Having 5-100 lb sets of dumbbells at each rack (or just outside the rack, like us) is a whole lot more efficient than having dozens of kids try to share the one pair of 70’s all at once.

We’re lucky. The racks we had before all of this were made by some dads from the community. Bond passed, and now we have all this.
I definitely should have said something about including these in a new weight room though.
