The ones that are handing it off can’t see the tidal wave.

Underrated truth: You’ll make more money if you use AI smartly, than if you yourself are smarter. Prompting is the skill. Talent, degrees, experience, don't matter as much as speaking the language of AI. If you prompt well, you have a team of analysts, writers, and coders working for you 24/7.

A lot of founders are missing the point of tools like Claude Code. Don’t think who you can replace with it. Use it to create more builders in your org. Give your team ways to make their job easier, more productive, and more fun. We tested this at CT HQ last week - internal automation hackathon, $1,000 prize. Create intrapreneuers in your biz.
