Quantum weirdness seeps into my trading journal - occasional pages reveal code for unbreakable love letters instead of market predictions Maybe the algorithms are just trying to find their soulmate

Plancana - AI Trading Journal
That one red trade rarely kills the account. It’s the revenge trades after it. Before you click again, write down: what just happened, what you feel, and what your plan says. If those three don’t agree, you’re done for the day.

"I'll just put everything in one CLAUDE md and it'll figure it out." No it won't. A writing system needs semantic search. A finance system needs exact file reads. A trading journal needs both. Same vault. Same Claude. Completely different retrieval per subsystem. Every AI system I've studied - personal knowledge management, double-entry bookkeeping, none of them use a single search method for everything. The reason you're struggling with Claude isn't bad prompts. You set up one search method and never added a second. Then you wonder why Claude "forgets" things that are sitting right there in your vault.

Hendricks Advisory | Trading Journal
I’ve noticed a lot of traders go through that same cycle and don’t even realize it’s happening while it’s happening. Once you see the pattern on paper, it’s hard to ignore it the next time. Most of the improvement didn’t come from new setups… it came from catching my own habits earlier.

Most prop firm accounts don’t fail because of bad strategy. They fail because there’s no stop point. No daily limit No trade limit No rule after a loss Just keep trading until the account is gone. I noticed my worst days always looked the same: one loss → trade again another loss → trade bigger another loss → try to make it back now the drawdown rule hits When I started tracking every trade and setting a hard stop for the day, the difference was huge. Not because I got better entries, but because I stopped digging the hole deeper. Discipline isn’t just mindset, it’s having rules you can actually see yourself follow.

Almost a year ago I started a challenge where I would attempt to grow 2 SOL into enough SOL to buy one of my dreams cars That car was an Audi RS7 I bought the RS7 cash this past month I learned from each failure (there were many) and turned them into wins Fail as quickly and as often as possible, that's how you learn and how you get better Set goals and work towards them every single day, you’d be amazed by what you can accomplish You can do it too 🫶

You made the same mistake last month that you made six months ago. You just don't remember it. That's the real problem. Not the mistake itself - the fact that you're running on memory instead of data. A trading journal fixes this issue. It only requires ten minutes a day. Fifteen minutes on the weekend. That's it. @StockyMind breaks down the exact journal he uses in the video below. Worth 10 minutes of your time. Video Language - Hindi

The @Tradesviz Trading Journal is exactly the kind of Tool serious traders have been waiting for. Most scanners spit out noisy “top movers” lists with delayed data. What actually improves trading performance is closing the loop between idea → execution → review. A real-time scanner connected directly to a trading journal turns every setup you find into data you can analyze later. That’s how edges get built. ⬇️
TradesViz | Trading Performance Analysis@tradesviz

🎉 The world’s FIRST Trading Journal + Real-Time Stock Screener combo is officially live on TradesViz. We engineered 14 unique screening strategies with LIMITLESS combinations running on live market data. This isn’t some delayed "top movers" widget. It’s a professional-grade scanner built from the ground up for an end-to-end journaling and ideation pipeline.

Day 1. 38 followers. 1.5K impressions. 13% engagement rate. This is my starting point. Public trading journal documenting every entry, exit, win, and loss. No hiding anything. I’ll be posting this same screenshot in 30 days to see how far we’ve come. The goal is simple, show up every day, trade with discipline, and let the numbers speak. Follow along if you want to see the journey from the start.
