Today marks 3 years going full time into crypto. I joined Dapper Labs on the Dapper Wallet team March of ‘21. The next 12 months were an absolute whirlwind personally and professionally. Every year while in the space has been a new challenge to tackle. The past year being one of the hardest. I knew trading in my Fortune 100 job for crypto was going to push me outside of my comfort zone and that is what got me excited about it. These challenges push me to learn and grow and I have absolutely loved that aspect. Pain, and discomfort are feelings that can lead to strength and learning. I am excited for what the next year holds for the space and myself. On to year 4, thank you to all who have made my time at Dapper Labs and now at Flow Foundation something special. Also, thank you for everyone making up this incredible space we call web3. Let’s go build! 🧱🏗️
