This is edgy and historically flawed. But at least it gets the conversation going for changing the narrative moving forward. There's no reason the team finishing 1st can't be celebrated and honoured in a better way, and the overall champions are still the GF winners.

@SajadIqbalLFC Absolutely agree with you. The noise from some of the fan base is mind boggling . He’s a club legend who some will unfortunately only realise when he’s gone! The team are third in the league because of the team, not just Mo Salah. The time is right for him to move on.

Salah’s last game before AFCON was Newcastle 1st Jan. He got 2 goals and 1 assist. Got injured. Came back got a goal and assist vs Brentford on 17th February. He returned from his second injury against Man City on 10th March and put one on a plate for Diaz. Can someone explain where the fuck has this “HES BEEN CRAP FOR 4/5 MONTHS COME FROM”
