THUNE says bipartisan group of senators have "narrowed down" issues in DHS funding talks. They're meeting again tonight "I think they've really narrowed the list. The issue set has gotten much more confined and if there is any serious interest on Democrats' side in actually getting a deal to fund DHS, I think the deal space is there just based on kind of what I've seen in terms of the movement." THUNE points to warrants and masks as the key hangups for R's but that there's a "range" of solutions if both sides want a deal

I'm pretty sure cash is always been an option in this country matter of fact look at US currency it that kind of gives you directions right on it.. If you allow that to happen then not to take it that's on you you are the attorney general for the city New York you need critical thinking to properly do your job... But then again that's probably why you have not been doing your job in the state of New York's judicial system is completely a joke thanks to you and your other state attorneys running the state

By my count, there are 47 GOP Senators here today - with 6 not voting right now. If that doesn't change, then Republicans would not be able to provide a quorum (51) of the Senate over the weekend for their talking filibuster on the SAVE America Act. Stay tuned.

As we scooped, Senate is having attendance issues and senators don't know atm if they can vote as planned this weekend (though they would likely still be in session?) Senators also think they'll have attendance issues this weekend Lots of staff talks happening, very fluid
