Did u not read my tweets customer service calls were not employees emails I've received aren't real and I've put then up for you to see but you don't think this is a major criminal matter? And your relaxed approach is shocking.

Arrived here see email is from Amazon things show delivered that never were q hear 2 stories from your agents. I arrange for u to call me through app but it wasn't your employees cause they taunted me and hung up when asked questions they couldn't answer you guys need to call me

I have called that's how I got those emails from fake agents so are 5 calls not enough regarding security breach and 6 days for your security dept to reply to account info being breached do have your dept call me on the next hour not negotiable I'm returning 4k of merchandise

Reference # 1143593121 call with agent Elney was fake agent. Call before that almost 30 minutes with agent Bob was fake and no record of the call at all except on my device. The last 3 calls to @freedomsupport have been fake employees too & Noone replies to @Samsung sms support
