She got in their faces and made violent threats against them. This wasn’t drunken stupidity it was a deliberate act of racist intimidation targeting an interracial couple who were simply minding their own business. We’ve become far too tolerant of this kind of public racism. When people feel emboldened to scream slurs and issue death threats in broad daylight, it reveals how normalized hate has become in certain circles.
