Station street probably the 2nd most used entrance/exit for new street station, it would be a license to print money, make it pedestrians, you have two pubs a theatre a cinema a couple of restaurants, throw a couple of coffee shops into the mix. The street would be active from dusk till dawn

I have contacted planning enforcement and West Midlands Fire Service regarding this potential fire risk and failure to secure the building. Our heritage must be protected and it is vital we don't allow historic parts of Birmingham to be lost to fires or lack of care.
