So when I saw those notifications, the 0.05 reputation points and the 1,250 points reward for landing in the Top 15 of the Engagement Marketplace for May, I sat with it for a moment. Not because the numbers are small, but because of what they represent. These rewards are not just tokens on a dashboard. They are a record of work that mattered.
