Buying the dip in equities today sounds like buying the dip in bitcoin in February 2018. Bear markets don't resolve in a month, especially not during a global pandemic that has barely begun to unfold. It takes most people a few months to realize they're in a whole new market.

@jchervinsky Not the law, but it is a significant driver of policy/law in many jurisdictions, and the Mutual Evaluation Reports tend to be taken pretty seriously.
