@GoibiboSupport @goibibo I posted a thread detailing how @goibibo has been delaying a simple booking for over a month, and has ghosted me even after agreeing to quotes and taking my information. They contacted me after it, only to do it again! 1/5

@GoibiboSupport contacted me after my tweet, gave a quote which was 2X the original without any proper explaination (the airfare was the same as original), and asked me for my SCANNED PASSPORT stating it was an internal requirement - not wanting anymore delay I agreed to it. 2/5
