I started freelancing on Upwork a few years ago — Web3 freelancing to be precise. Not that Upwork is the only place to find Web3 jobs. There are many platforms, and even CT (Crypto Twitter) is one of them. The truth is, a lot of people are still crushing it in Web3. Most times, it’s not about how much you know. It’s about making yourself visible, using the little knowledge you have to add value to projects, and most importantly showing up consistently by submitting proposals daily. Take your Web3 journey seriously. Be intentional. There is enough space for everyone in Web3 — you just need to find your niche and pitch your tent.
