Let's say that you have generalized anxiety for example.
Well, when it comes to symptom management things such as allopregnanolone, emoxypine, selank, fasoracetam, maybe some PLP derivatives such as emoxypine can help in order for your psyche to "breathe" for a brief moment.
But then you also have to go through desensitization through incremental and repeated exposure to the stressors that your psyche worries about.
You need to experience, not understand, but directly experience, the fact that you have control over stressors in order not to go into the anxious state too often in the first place.
You also need to do the classic CBT and so on.
Point being: Hit the problem from multiple angles.

-Phosphatidylserine: Blunts cortisol response to stress (needs to be taken for at least 14 days before for most people in order to experience some benefits)
Now if a person is more prone to panic vs anxiety, he'll definitely need to look into stabilizing dopamine signaling with things such as lithium orotate as well.

Wrong. Being willing to humiliate yourself is and always has been a pre requisite to pretty much any kind of power. It’s not unique to PMC HR tech jobs today. Starting a company is humiliating. Asking a woman out is humiliating. Going to the GYM for the first time is humiliating. Being vulnerable in any way to any one (a pre requisite to all relationships) is humiliating. There’s almost nothing in life worth having that isn’t humiliating, at least at first. And you can’t even avoid humiliation anyway. You can only choose the timescale of the humiliation. Yes, you can escape the little daily humiliations by “opting out” but the consequence is your entire life eventually becomes one giant humiliation because you never took a risk and thus never achieved anything at all. Low your time preference or you’re fucked.

He will be looked at and treated like an intern at the office. Or for another example clothes. Some people have pieces that fit them great but someone who has the same weight height etc Might make the piece look bad because of narrow shoulders or wide hips Which overall ruins the image trying to be portrayed But some people just PERSIST trying to fight back against their genetics and what they tell them to do. You cannot fit into a style or life path that your genetics don’t allow you to. These are pre determined limitations that cannot be broken. But the point isn’t to cry and roll over to lose but the best thing to do is to simply find people who have these things and become friends with them. Why? Well Because this way you can live their ideal life through them. and you should give them all the free help like free money, helping move things making them food etc. Why? Well because they are gifted ones that’s why become useful somehow and carry my things for me.
