@DamperFN @lanchops06 @CantStopHurts @MayeIsKing_ This isn’t the NHL dummy it’s not a hard capped league. The salary cap is about as real as the owner wants it to be. Restructure deals and you can spend as much as you want. Jody Allen could’ve done it if she wanted to. She chose not to.
