@ubereats_uk how can I speak to a human person about a refund? Countless automated messages on the app and doesn’t allow me to reply. Tried the phone number but it doesn’t put me through to anyone. The customer service has been awful

@ubereats_uk I’ve been told I was getting a refund for the cold stale food I received yesterday after 3 drivers cancelled the pick up and the food sat in the restaurant for 50 mins but have received only £5.00 refund…when is the full refund going to be processed?
