Hello India… 𝗡𝗼 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲! 𝗡𝗼 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲! 𝗡𝗼 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗻𝗱𝗵𝗿𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗵! Andhra Pradesh has become a 𝗷𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗮𝗷 where police exist only on paper, vanishing when tribals, women, and the poor cry for help. Emergency lines go silent, predators roam free, and innocent lives are lost while those in power focus on corruption, power politics and publicity stunts instead of protecting people. A helpless 17-year-old tribal girl became yet another victim of this collapsing system. This 17 year-old Tribal girl was taken from her family under the pretext of education and care. On March 22, a civil engineer approached her family in Hiramandalam, Srikakulam district, promising tuition. On March 23, in Visakhapatnam, she was reportedly subjected to repeated sexual assault, exposing both brutality and systemic failure. By March 24, she was door delivered as a dead body to their parents. There were reports of pressure on the family for a quick, silent cremation, raising serious concerns of a cover-up. On pressure, the postmortem was conducted at Srikakulam Government General Hospital. Police showed no urgency and acted only after a complaint. No action, no arrest this far. Today’s bus fire in Markapuram, exposes yet an another collapse. Repeated calls to police emergency helpline number 100 went unanswered. Calls to 108 were ignored until the bus was fully engulfed. Survivors said their cries went unheard. With no timely rescue, 14 lives were lost. Institutions which were supposed to respond have not responded. Under @ncbn government, except PR stunts, there is zero governance. Under “Red Book” governance, police act as puppets while citizens are left unprotected and suffering. This is the real situation in the state హలో ఇండియా… “ఏపీలో నో పోలీస్‌, నో పోలీస్‌, నో పోలీస్‌’’ ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ ఇప్పుడు ఒక జంగిల్ రాజ్‌గా మారిపోయింది. కాగితాలపై మాత్రమే పోలీసులు కనిపిస్తున్నారు, కానీ గిరిజనులు, మహిళలు, పేదలు సహాయం కోసం ఆర్తనాదాలు చేస్తున్నప్పుడు, వారు సహాయంకోసం అర్థిస్తున్నప్పుడు పోలీసులు కనిపించడంలేదు. మరోవైపు నేరస్తులు స్వేచ్ఛగా తిరుగుతున్నారు. ప్రాణాపాయ స్థితిలో ఉన్నప్పుడు ఎమర్జెన్సీ నంబర్లు కూడా స్పందించడం లేదు. ఫలితంగా అమాయకులు ప్రాణాలు కోల్పోతున్నారు. కానీ అధికారంలో ఉన్నవారు ప్రజల భద్రతను గాలికి వదిలేసి, అవినీతి, రాజకీయ ప్రయోజనాలు, ప్రచార స్టంట్లపై దృష్టి పెడుతున్నారు. ఒక నిరుపేద 17 ఏళ్ల గిరిజన బాలిక రాష్ట్రంలో కుప్పకూలిపోయిన వ్యవస్థకు బలైపోయింది. చదువులు చెప్తామని ఆమెను తీసుకువెళ్లి దారుణానికి పాల్పడ్డారు. మార్చి 22న శ్రీకాకుళం జిల్లా హిరమండలంలో ఒక సివిల్ ఇంజనీర్ ఆమె కుటుంబానికి మాటలు చెప్పి, ట్యూషన్ చెప్తానని నమ్మబలికాడు. ఆ తర్వాత మార్చి 23న విశాఖపట్నంలో ఆమెపై పలు మార్లు లైంగిక దాడి జరిగినట్లు మీడియా కథనాల్లో స్పష్టంగా వచ్చింది. మార్చి 24న, ఆ బాలిక మృతదేహాన్ని ఆమె తల్లిదండ్రుల ఇంటికి డోర్‌ డెలివరీ చేశారు. ఇది కేవలం క్రూరత్వం మాత్రమే కాదు, వ్యవస్థల వైఫల్యాన్ని సూచిస్తోంది. ఈ ఘటనను మూసివేసేందుకు, తీవ్రత తగ్గించి చూపించేందుకు బాధిత కుటుంబంపై ఒత్తిడి తీసుకొచ్చినట్లు తెలుస్తోంది. ఘటన విషయం తెలియగానే ఈకేసు దర్యాప్తులో పోలీసులు తమ చురుకైన స్పందనను చూపించలేదు. హడావిడిగా శ్రీకాకుళం ప్రభుత్వ జనరల్ హాస్పిటల్‌లో పోస్ట్‌మార్టం నిర్వహించి, అంత్యక్రియలు జరిపించేశారు. చివరకు ఇప్పటివరకు ఎటువంటి చర్యా లేదు, ఎటువంటి అరెస్టు లేదు. ఇవాళ మార్కాపురంలో జరిగిన బస్సు అగ్నిప్రమాదం ఘటన ప్రభుత్వ యంత్రాంగంలో మరో భయానక వైఫల్యాన్ని బయటపెట్టింది. పలుమార్లు పోలీస్ ఎమర్జెన్సీ నంబర్‌ 100 కు కాల్ చేసినా స్పందన లేదు. 108 అంబులెన్స్ సేవలు కూడా బస్సు పూర్తిగా మంటల్లో కాలిపోయేంతవరకూ స్పందించలేదు. ప్రాణాలతో బయటపడ్డవారు చెబుతున్నది ఒక్కటే “మా ఆర్తనాదాలు ఎవరూ వినలేదు”అని. సమయానికి సహాయం అందక 14 మంది ప్రాణాలు కోల్పోయారు. స్పందించాల్సిన వ్యవస్థలు స్పందించలేదు. చంద్రబాబు నాయుడు ప్రభుత్వంలో పీఆర్ స్టంట్స్ తప్ప పరిపాలన లేదని మరోసారి తేలిపోయింది. “రెడ్ బుక్” పాలనలో పోలీసులు అచేతనంగా మారిపోయారు, రక్షణ లేక ప్రజలు బాధలు పడుతున్నారు. రాష్ట్రంలోని ఉన్న వాస్తవిక పరిస్థితి ఇదే.
