@AsdaServiceTeam so my order has not turned up and its now 7.15pm I called the help line to be told you just have to wait for it. I paid express delivery for this order. I would like someone to please tell me where my order is and how I claim a refund.
@AsdaServiceTeam Where is my Order. I have called 3 times. It was due between 6pm & 7pm. I was told on the first call that it would be delivered by 9pm. My second and third attempts I was placed on hold for 10 minutes in each occasion and then cut off.

Go to the pizza counter order a create your own, all boxes ticked correctly to get home and find theyve put shit on i dont like IE sweetcorn!
So just wasted £4.5 on something im not going to eat.

Years ago my dad was refused home delivery but is now struggling with shopping and I am trying to find a solution.

Used your Windmill Lane store @AsdaServiceTeam this morning. Apparently not enough staff to open a single checkout at 9.15 this morning. Clearly said that I didn’t want to use self checkout for my trolley load of shopping, but still none were opened. Not happy!

Hello @AsdaServiceTeam for second week running you have delivered the same wrong product. This time I gave it back to the delivery driver. The replacement was as far removed from what I ordered as a black pudding is from a chipolata Order No 70000018337288

Absolutely dreadful service from @AsdaServiceTeam today. Shopping was due between 9:30-10:30am. It is now 3:40pm and still isn’t here. I’ve had no communication. I have a dog that needs to go out but I can’t take him out because I don’t know if my delivery is coming.
