@bdsupportuk @British_Airways @SimonCalder We’ve been booked on Air Canada but after @British_Airways said we would have seats together after checking in we found out we are only standby for the flight

What a start to my honeymoon with @British_Airways holidays, flight to Toronto was cancelled due to plane fault. @SimonCalder they booked me on a flight to Boston due to leave 40 minutes later when I was still waiting to pick up my luggage.

@tynenick @British_Airways @SimonCalder That’s good they were able to get someone to help them. The phone operators are telling us as it’s BA holiday we need to speak to them. BA holidays phone lines are all closed, have emailed the address they told us to and also text them but still nothing.

@DeveloperEuan @British_Airways @SimonCalder I had family on this flight, they were rebooked for 2 September but persisted on the phone and are flying via JFK and LGA today with American Airlines and Air Canada. There are options but the staff don’t seem to want to look beyond direct flights

@bdsupportuk @British_Airways @SimonCalder Nope, been moved to a hotel but no idea when we will be getting to Toronto. The number for @British_Airways holidays say send an email so we’ve done that but waiting for a response.
