Every person that has had any experience with bid contract work should have seen Trump coming. The rambling double speak that sounds like he's saying everything to everyone. The outlandish promises that are both grandiose and vague. The constant misdirection into minor issues and repairs that will become the focal point to deflect from their failures and only look time consuming and complicated to people that don't do the work. The hiring of friends and family that are both unqualified and unprofessional. The inability to give an accurate cost until they are already at a point where you have no choice but to pay whatever you thought you were saving and more than likely more. A constant test of your patience only to use said annoyance against you as an excuse not to do their job better. The fact that this man specifically came from real estate, a field known for dishonesty, speculation, and slimy contractors should have been more than enough to be skeptical. But in a nation filled with incomplete, abandoned, or pathetically bad construction and infrastructure I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

In the modern media space, people only talk and listen to people they agree with. No show in the world would interview both @tedcruz and @mehdirhasan on the same day, in long form, and challenge them respectfully while also letting them set their case out. That's what TRIGGERnometry is for. Both episodes coming soon.

@RealDianeYap You do care about her race because we all know that if she was black you would both demand she gets the chair while also using it as another reason to actively demonize other blacks.

I don't care about her race, btw. Keep the facts of the case the same (zero prior criminal record, no DUI, etc) and change the races to whatever you want: I feel the same way.

Ok let’s explore the “She Rejected Me Because I’m Nice” myth. This is Janine, you work with her. She’s fine: a solid fine. Not unbelievably pretty, not hideous, just fine. Could easily work at any Walmart. Janine is nice to you. You’re nice to Janine, because you have no reason not to be. Why would you be horrible? You joke around, make small talk at the office printer. You don’t fancy her and it never crossed your mind. One day, Janine asks if you want to get coffee at lunch. You say yes, because she’s never shown any romantic interest in you and it’s not that kind of bond. At the cafe, Janine looks at you and strokes your hand and goes “I really see this going somewhere, like forever.” You aren’t feeling it. She gets upset and accuses you of only liking bad girls. Have you rejected Janine because she’s “too nice?”

Is this just your feeling or are you actively ignoring all studies observing this just to argue the opposite? Women that pursue get more positive reactions than men that pursue. I understand the premise of your argument but the reality is that Janine would get far more positive reactions.

@Scariest_terry @notsoErudite I don't think I said anything about your personal life. My point is that I don't see a growth in women looking for men, if anything the growth is in women that want men to leave them alone.

@Dialoguealways @notsoErudite Sure, you could take it that way. My experience says otherwise and what they mean is they are doing it for themselves so they can attract a mate. But sure, I'll accept your point. Still haven't said why its a bad thing? Also, I'm 10 years married so none of this matters to me

@Scariest_terry @notsoErudite Don't most women claim that they wear the makeup for themselves and not for male attention? If you are "fighting back," you would be admitting that you are doing this solely for men to feel better about themselves.

@notsoErudite Im for fighting back. I'm thinking about creating 15 inch fake dick underwear for men. Maybe even Wellsfartgo mobile app with fake bank accounts all showing over a million. A number men can have call them with a fake assistant to let them know their helicopter is otw. 🤣

@WhickTv Depends, If we are adding visual novels and "choose your own adventure," stories as "games" then the argument might have merit.

It's inconsistent because progressive posturing seems to automatically go out the window when you talk about older models of introducing minority characters into majority white roles. (Like Star Trek) It's nonsensical because it automatically turns to not being woke the moment it becomes productive or people pay attention to it more. (Like Balders gate)

“Starfleet was never a box checking exercise.” Tell that to Gene Roddenberry who went out of his way to make sure a Black woman, a Japanese-American man, a Russian, a disabled man and former enemies like the Klingons were on his bridges.
Skye Maidstone@skyemaidstone

@jessiegender No it was never woke. It was first and foremost Starfleet was a meritocracy. It was never a box checking exercise. Cisco, for example, not even written for a black actor. They just picked the best actor that auditioned. Hence it was actually good.

@SSBak_i @sleepy_devo I didn't say that the "gap" fueled it, I am clearly saying the dishonesty around both terms and the usage of them to battle strawmen arguments only helps the other side.

say what you want about libs, we actually align with reality more often than any other political faction, which is why we are the default that people inevitably fall back to when their retarded schizo conspiracy theory world view inevitably falls apart.

Top Girl Keiko, J.D. ✝️🙏
Why does Mario act like such a jackass when he knows better? That’s not 70 years of communism. It’s 70 years of embargoes. China is a communist country but America has no embargoes on them. China engages in international trade. America sanctioned Cuba into perpetual poverty and then you lot push propaganda about communism. And despite that they have the most top tier medical doctors and so many breakthroughs in medicine. We may not be a fan of communism but the culprit here is US embargoes interfering with tourism, international trade, foreign investments in the country and profit incentives like China.
Mario Nawfal@MarioNawfal

🚨🇨🇺 This is the result of nearly 7 decades of communism in Cuba. The dream was a utopia of equality. The reality involves rampant prostitution, heaps of uncollected garbage on the streets, and roads not fit for driving on.

@PlayerTakes @jessiegender The battlefield v argument was specifically because people were getting mad that in the same game where you can jump from a plane into another plane while 360 no scoping someone, they suddenly saw a blue-haired disabled woman and thought that the realism was destroyed.

@Dialoguealways @jessiegender The Battlefield V devs said ignorant bigots who didn't realise women's role in WWII would be ashamed when their game showed the stories of real woman......... it then didn't and actually replaced a Norwegian commando unit with a mother an daughter instead.

In order for me to even accept your argument, you're going to have to provide something better and more objective than "this one company said this one thing about it's IP," while ignoring the fact that there is an outcry of people that are directly making the argument that IP is bad because minority is in it. (Like the Battlefield 5 argument you highlighted.

@Dialoguealways @jessiegender So you're arguing it's no pervasive enough to count? Despite it being done in relation to fairly big films an IP, by people connected to large studios? Woke is dishonest lol. It presents hollow characters as great and dares you to criticise them lest you be accuse of bigotry.

@bitchalutamide @jayb0g1 @ProjectLiberal So within the confines of our constitution, how exactly are the Democrats supposed to stop Trump? I'm genuinely getting tired of the "Democrats can't stop this thing even though we didn't vote for the Democrats to have any power" nonsense.
