US military has been based in Germany ever since World War II, first as the occupying force, then as part of the NATO alliance.

As far as europe having personnel, I did not say they did not. I simply agreed with you just do not be upset when we withdraw.

I was talking about the assets we have bought, and is now problematic if US don’t provide full range of services that it has promised. Europe has military personnel.
