I gave up smoking cigarettes 2 years ago. Last night, I lapsed and had one. Well, half of one. It tasted absolutely disgusting, instantly made me smell like an ashtray and made me feel queasy for ages afterwards. I don’t get how long term quitters can go back to them again.
