Apple is really good about replacements in these cases (I’ve had it happen a couple times before)
If it shipped via a major carrier like UPS they can have sometimes upwards of 200 datapoints going through distribution facilities (ie they’ll know exactly how much it weighed down to the 1/10 of a gram)
