@TrumpDailyPosts The number one threat to our democracy are @realDonaldTrump MAGA and his Reich goon squads @ICEgov. Post November electoral onslaught will bring justice, prosecutions and Nuremberg 2.0. They are going to jail and losing their houses.

@Chris_M_Cousins I’m for hydration breaks if the temp is above 85 degrees and water bottles are filled with vodka.

Unpopular opinion, but I actually like the hydration breaks. I honestly think football might be better if it was split into quarters rather than halves. The game has changed so much physically now. The speed, intensity, pressing, transitions and distance covered are ridiculous compared to years ago. Knowing there’s a break coming up could actually encourage teams to keep the tempo high instead of managing energy for 45 minutes at a time. It gives players a chance to reset, coaches a chance to make quick adjustments, and fans probably get a better spectacle because the intensity stays higher for longer. I know people will say it breaks up the flow, and I get that, but football already has stoppages, VAR delays, injuries and time-wasting. At least hydration breaks serve a purpose. Maybe quarters are the future. Or maybe I’ve just watched too much American sport.

"Why don't Americans like soccer" I seriously can't stand the rolling on the ground for 5 minutes acting like you've been shot after ANY small amount of contact. We play real sports here. That's why we don't care about soccer

@fiago7 I only had pizza in (northern) Italy once and it was good. A bit salty but still good. But I’ve also had pizza in the US that was spectacular. I am a huge fan of Italian cuisine and wine. Just ask my waistline.

Let’s keep it real here I‘m loving my time in the US. I love the people here. I love the food here. BUT I‘m currently hearing Americans say they have better pizza than Italy and there I just have to stop you guys because that is nothing else than blasphemy 😭 You don‘t have to be the best at everything, it‘s fine to admit when others do certain stuff better. And nobody beats Italy at pizza. Not even close 🇮🇹🍕

@TheAthleticFC I really only care about the U.S. making the quarter finals then go from there. Beating my other team Belgium, especially without our star striker will show the world we’re actually a worthy team. Murica, hell yeah brother!

10x more people watch a World Cup final than the Superbowl. Even a basic group stage match gets more eyes than a Superbowl. I hope Americans appreciate what they are hosting.

The World Cup was doing an incredible job of rehabilitating the United States’ image to the rest of the world all the up to when the US remembered why it doesn’t like soccer that much. Then it all fell apart. I think an easy fix to the offside rule is to just look at the feet. I don’t care if a player’s fingertips are offside. If his feet are onside, he’s not gaining an advantage. But to be clear, I probably have no idea what I’m talking about.

Should be a tough game. Mexico is the home team and playing well. England have the bookies on their side. No draws allowed at this stage. Not sure I have a favorite. I guess I’ll see who I get the most excited for when they score. #worldcup #fifa

@Jaquelin582605 @HausenKS You used a stat but missed proper analysis. Mexico used to beat up the U.S. but that was decades ago. Over the past 25 years the US holds the edge over Mexico. Although I would argue Mexico this World Cup looks better than the U.S.

To all the England fans asking why Americans would ever root for Mexico: It’s simple. It’s like having a little brother. You spend all year arguing with him, making fun of him, and reminding him who’s boss. But the second someone outside the family starts picking on him, you suddenly find yourself standing next to him. That’s CONCACAF. We can roast Mexico 364 days a year. But when they’re playing England? For 90 minutes… ¡Vamos México! 🇲🇽😎

@Gerashchenko_en Russians aren’t seeing victory in Ukraine. Instead they see their friends, family, neighbors come home in body bags or with missing limbs and PTSD. With approx 1.4 million Russian casualties, and losing ground, Putin’s war looks like a disaster domestically.

@Gerashchenko_en Not going to happen, no-win scenario for Putin But if he tries it, it’s to provoke NATO to respond so Putin can justify mobilizing hundred’s of thousands more conscripts for his meat grinder Nobody in Russia wants to fight, so now the false-flag operation

US intelligence warns that Russia is planning an armed provocation on Polish territory within the next few months, potentially involving missile or drone strikes on strategic sites. According to Polish security services, Russia could launch drone attacks on critical infrastructure, including power plants, or stage simulated airstrikes designed to force Poland to activate its air defense systems. The authorities also do not rule out the possibility of a limited ground incursion by Russian troops across the border from Belarus or from the Kaliningrad region. Source: The Telegraph

@sentdefender Makes zero sense. It’s a no-win scenario for Russia/Belarus. Neither nation has the military to challenge NATO and our allies. Should Poland and other NATO allies in the region keep an eye out? Yes, like always, but the likelihood of an attack is remote.

The United States has warned Warsaw that Russia is planning armed provocation in the coming months against NATO’s Eastern Front, possibly involving both Belarusian and Russian troops crossing into Polish territory, or drone and missile strikes against vital infrastructure in Poland, in an attempt to test NATO’s “resolve” in regards to support for Ukraine and defending Eastern Europe. Sources affiliated with Poland’s Security Service have stated that a “hybrid attack in the border region” could take place, which Moscow may call an accident or a response to “hostilities” by NATO. The Polish media outlet Onet has said that the aim of Moscow’s possible assault, which could be launched in a matter of months, would be to provoke tensions with Europe, with hopes that the U.S. would not fire on Russian troops and force negotiations on Ukraine from NATO and Poland.

Jack Smith: One of the problems is that the justice department can't do its job. If you go to court and the judges don't trust you, you can't do the basic things that you need to do to represent the American people in court. And we have seen judges across the country say they can't trust prosecutors anymore. And that has such a cascading effect… They're just not effective at doing their job anymore. They've jettisoned expertise.
