@indieappstudio True. From your hobby, repeated tasks, or something you'd not imagine that could be really productive could be starting point of being a great product nowadays. I'm trying to achieve like that, too.

"Do I really need another productivity app?" Probably not another one telling you to be more organized. But maybe one that accepts the mess first. Not every idea starts as a task. Some start as half-thoughts, fragments, links, questions, and weird little clusters.

Day 2 for DocChat Updates: - Added user sign up and sign in with Supabase Auth - Landing page, Dashboard and Separated Doc Page for Chat - User can save his/her own docs safely. Getting better and more excited 🦾

@QuietFSoftware Yes the original document is kept in Pinecone and Supabase DB safely for later use.

@DreamyDesignerX Interesting! Idea being you can keep documents out of Claude servers themselves?

Built the first prototype of DocChat app in two days. Upload a doc → chunked, embedded, and stored in Pinecone → Ask any question → Claude streams back an answer about your document. Next: auth, dashboard, per doc pages. Just getting back to building. 🫡 #buildinpublic

Have slacked for a long enough since I felt like I got lost and got no growth from what I was doing. Yet I'm back and starting over again to not give up, not really get behind, and to see what only I can do. Whether I have big change or not, here I go again. #buildinpublic

AI has made building simple. Anyone can turn their idea into a decent product. But getting people to care about what you have built is still a challenge. Distribution is the new leverage.
