For a game that was called "Graphically Dated" on release, it really does hold up well compared to games of a similar period. Halo 3 my Beloved.

It's interesting how Mark acted like he was above everyone he knew that tried to act as a perfect arbiter of right and wrong (Cecil, Dinosaurus, Allen, etc) only for him to end up the exact same way. There's a hypocrisy in him by the end that's never questioned just bc he's Mark.

@benoski73 I ignore the community and enjoy my inner circle of friends and stay in my bubble. Focus too much on the community and you lose that peace of mind.

I have never felt so hopeless as a Halo fan in my life.
The franchise is in such a mess, the fandom is completely divided and fractured and I'm not really seen as a positive figure anymore.
Perhaps it's reality telling me it's time to move on and leave this sorry IP behind?
