Let's appreciate that "aligns perfectly".

1/ HOW DIFFERENT IS XBB.1.5 AND HOW WORRYING IS IT? Very. This graphic from the linked paper shows it is as different from the Wuhan variant (now known as WT = Wild Type) of SARS-COV-2 as WT is from SARS-COV (the virus which caused SARS1 in 2003). biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

@EnemyInAState I think they're not ok with *gasping for air*, I think they're actually scared and this is somewhat a normal reaction of denial. People simply don't want to know, or to be reminded that they're in danger, hence the aggression towards people who mask for example.

@EnemyInAState Why all the fuss if Covid is "mild", "nothing to worry about", "just a cold"?

UK now testing Chinese after forcing the country to end zero: the question is why? I think it's because we have a much more severe variant and they want to pin it on China: it comes from here ENGLAND

@EnemyInAState I attended an appointment at a private hospital here in London a couple weeks back. Not only was my consultant the only one wearing a mask (surgical), but the looks I got from everyone walking the hallways seeing me in my Aura were priceless 🤦♂️

Tears of joy would come to my eyes if this was the UK: and it's not perfect: HEPAS etc? But just the sheer joy of at oleast seeing that level of basic competence...

@EnemyInAState Was in a major Sydney hospital recently for my dad (he’s out now). All nurses, Dr’s, and Orderlies, all with 3M Aura’s. I don’t think I saw anyone without an Aura.

@debbie_seymour As far as I know one can block someone *and* all their followers. So maybe someone blocked an account you follow and you got caught in the net. Nevertheless, not worth caring about.

@EnemyInAState Even for UK winter standards, the level of illness is too much. Everyone is coughing, sneezing, but absolutely no mask in sight.

@MeetJess I keep aking, what one can do to minimise those risks? Talking to a GP about this they told me best I can do for my heart is exercise as it'll strengthen it. I agree, but not post viral. And also that nattokinase being a supplement it's not gone through the rigour of testing 🤷♂️

Anyone who’s had covid must watch out for stroke symptoms ⚠️

@doctorasadkhan @drclairetaylor @kprather88 @calirunnerdoc @DrGrahamLJ (2/2) Not sure if considered anti viral nasal spray. However when it comes to taking baby aspirin / nattokinase prophylactically I'd be reluctant without doc advice. Thank you for the replies and pointing me towards @DrGrahamLJ material
English

@doctorasadkhan @drclairetaylor @kprather88 @calirunnerdoc @DrGrahamLJ (1/2) Yes, online advice is not suitable and potential harmful, but it's frustrating that there's no guidance about this when talking to a healthcare provider for apparently fully recovered, healthy individuals, post infection. We have a strict oral hygiene and use of Viraleze

Catching the virus elevates your risk of memory problems by 77%. It elevates your risk of stroke by 55%. It elevates your risk of seizures by 80%. That’s because Covid attacks the lining of your blood vessels, and it attacks your brain cells.
