Read the indictment closely. The DOJ quoted an SPLC article calling a KKK group "a millennial reboot of what was once a serious domestic threat." Left out one word from the original: "pathetic." Calling a Klan group pathetic is the opposite of manufacturing racism. The government edited the quote before filing it. That is what the indictment looks like under scrutiny.
